When body, breath and mind work together, well-being arises. This is a natural resource, so why do we so often feel so stressed, or tense?  In this weekend retreat you will learn how to restore and maintain that natural connection during everyday practical situations at home and at work. We train this by means of exploring three balances: the balance of giving and receiving, thinking and feeling and doing and being. Having found a balanced connection between body, breath and mind, the connection between us, others and our surroundings will open up and daily chores and work can become a source of inspiration instead of a necessary burden. The training is practical and experiential, firmly rooted in Kum Nye and Skillful Means teachings of Tarthang Tulku.
