This is the opening lecture to the experiential retreat Treasures for Understanding Experience, led by Nyingma Centers International director Helena Gold. The program is based on Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche’s recent books Caring and Gesture of Great Love and on Longchenpa’s Kindly Bent to Ease Us part 1. The retreat is focused on the special treasures we all have for understanding and enriching our experience.
