Shamata Practice and oral transmission of the Heart Sutra
With the permission of Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche the Nyingma Center in Sao Paolo is organizing two workshops with the prominent Tibetan lama Chimed Rigdzin.
All donations, including the Lama dana, will go to the Yeshe De Yidzhin Norbu Kangyur project 2023.
Classes are thought in English live (in Sao Paulo) and online. They will be simultaneously translated into Portuguese.
Donation for the program is € 70,-
You are welcome to join one or two days.
The donation is a unit donationprice providing access to the workshops on one day or both days.

An introduction to pacifying emotions, based on a text by Je Mipham Rinpoche

Oral transmission and practice of the Heart Sutra
