The Nectar of Healing and Well-Being is a practice of Healing Padmasambhava that integrates meditation and visualization. The practice awakens the power that the mind has to heal the body and itself, relieving the emotional distress, daily pressures and tensions. It is a smooth and effective practice to transform our undesirable concepts and patterns.
The Nectar of Healing and Well-Being is a powerful practice to open our hearts to take care of ourselves and others with wisdom. Once we learn how to heal our bodies and minds, we are ready to care for others.
